There seems to be a lot of confusion regarding the criteria. Some say the evaluation period is from February to April, while others believe it’s from April to June. A few people mention it’s based on nominations, while others say it’s an automatic process.

We’re already nearing the end of Q2, yet the criteria are still unclear. Ideally, HR should release the guidelines at the beginning of the quarter so that employees can align their efforts accordingly.
