Is there anyone who did not get promoted from PA to Associate despite fulfilling all the criteria, just because they are in a support project ? Or any such discrimination exists?

7moIf you meet all criteria and are still not promoted that means your project has either budget constraints or that you are sitting in a toxic environment where there is bias displayed all over the place.

there is nothing like that as per my knowledge. Because most of the projects in cognizant are support based only. Let me know your domain as well. It might vary from domain to domain
