From project allocation to promotion everything is so messed up in CTS now There used to a proper channel for everything now it's just bogus talk and threat Completed 2 years promotion was due in May but out of nowhere the rules were changed for last quarter and still no words on when or how we will get the promotion
Same happened with me, they are just giving lame reasons like it depends on lot of things budget, planning client etc etc....why as an eligible employee we have think about all this things, they are just ignoring as they cant handle client.

I also faced the same... Completed 2 year in May. But not get promoted as they give reason RTO and budget issues.
Anyone know when is next promotion cycle? I mean in which month we need to ask to promote for this quarter?

If we find a new project who is ready to give promotion as they have the requirement of next level than your current level then you will be promoted

Everyone facing same issues like you I also joined in may 2022 and got 4 star rating still no signs of promotion. When talked to manager he is saying we have to complete 30 months for eligibility of PA to A yet my colleague got promotion in june only even having joined project after me... its very sad to hear that even when you are capable.
management sucks in CTS, faced it multiple times. Please leave your feedback so that the higher authority gets to know about it, some group of ppl have to raise voice.
