My promotion from SA to M level is approved. My manager told me once quota is there I will be promoted. Should I ask my manager to wait till November because if I get promoted before November, I won't get my annual hike in november as I had to be at SA level for annual hike in november.

Not sure about the tenure may be 24 or 30 months. For me it has been 32 months. It all depends on your project manager, client. If promotion happens in existing project, SO needs to be raised in alignment with client since you will be now billed at M level. Else you can always search for SOs for M level on TMP once eligible

Have you given IJM for promotion ?
No, it is being handled by my manager. The promotion will be in existing project. So, it will be a formality for me to apply via IJM on TMP. Everything will be in place, the SO already created for me etc. Once I apply it will be immediately approved because it is already aligned with client.
