Trending @Cognizant; Promotion from PA to A

I have joined cts on June 2022 as PA. It's been 2years but for the past 5 months only I got a billable role project through tmp. And I have got 2 ratings last time which is not from my current hcm.

How many promotion cycle do we have in cts?
Do we need to ask the manager regarding promotions?
What are the criteria do we need to meet?
Is that something that only one person can be promoted in one cycle from the same designation is true or?? Need your answers for these questions to clarify my doubts..

Criteria is different in every quarter. No one knows what's the criteria are except HR.

Ok..thanks.. Hope we have 2 more cycles in this year.. If I want to get promotion by September is that possible to talk to my manager now.. Or it will be possible in next cycle only?
