Trending @Cognizant; Promotion from PA to A

Hi all, I joined Cognizant as a fresher and I completed 2 years with Cognizant on August. But still my HCM didn't receive any confirmation mail regarding PA to A promotion will it be receive since, 2 yrs 2 months is running for me.
