What is the maximum hike i can get after getting promoted to Associate from PA? I am currently in QEA BPM domain and my CTC is around 4.5LPA. And this hike is predecided by the managers or is there any other procedure?

I think A level starts at 5.5 to 6.5 lpa with 50k bonus. It depends on service line. Manager does not decide hike, it is set in your service line. Also now PA to A promotion they made strict. Only people with 5 rating and RTO compliance are getting promoted .
