Trending @Cognizant; Promotion from PA to A

I joined cognizant on 6 dec 2022 as PAT and my rating in 2023 was 3. When can i expect my promotion to Associate.Also i am in internal project. From june my hm told to report 1 day/ week which i followed. Please let me know if you guys have any idea.
