Trending @Cognizant; Promotion from PA to A.
I am completing 3 years in this quarter. From joining I am in the same project working actively All the PAs in our project got 3 rating (who worked more or less it didn’t matter, they made average) and got promoted to Associate in last YEA except me. I am tensed if i’II get promoted in this YEA or not. Seeing that people posting 3 ratings are also not getting promotions. We plan something in our life and they are playing with our life. Please someone clarify if you know. I’ll then make myself ready for something new.
Don’t depend on this company bro .. try to switch asap ! I recently switched from company and got almost 200% hike. This year promation is a myth in this company and they will give you n number of excuses so that you will not get promoted just switch from this company, bro, that will be better for you !!!

I asked about promotion in this quarter...my manager is saying it is slot dependent if you are eligible you will get a promotion first...can anyone be aware of this??
@Pat_Cummins I am having same situation bro, will complete 3 years in next month but not promoted. HCM indirectly said to switch and not hope for promotion. Even nominations also not happened for this quarter.
