Trending @Cognizant; Promotion from A to SA

I am going to complete 2 years in CTS on 13th Jan 2025. Am I eligible for promotion from A to SA in CTS. If not, if I resign then in the Notice period, will i get a salary.

Please do not expect promotion while staying in the same project. They have eaten up my promotion as well by giving me fake promises for onsite as well as promotion
