I joined as pt on 21 june 2022. My rating is 3. I have no work till 1.9 years exp.I got Non-billable project after my training till dec 2023 with no work. I got billable project on apr 2024 with work. My go perform utilization shown as 41 in red colour. Am I eligible for promotion? if s, do I need to ask my hm? if i will do not ask my hm then they will not approve? My inhand is 17k😢
