Bro if they want to give promotion they will give you regardless of rating , or else they will give you any reason to reject the promotion.

I would suggest to talk with your manager and get the confirmation that he/she will send your name for promotion.

My manger told me they will give any reason to reject promotion including RTO , he even told me to do follow 5 days RTO.

Totally depends on manager
