Trending @Cognizant; Promotion cycle clarification

What is the promotion cycle at Cognizant? Is it quarterly?? I read somewhere that nomination will be open in Nov. Is this true? And until what date in November will it be open? I have 5 rating for the past two years but manager is asking me to update GoPerform asap. Don’t know if she will nominate me though.

Yes, its quaterly. For Jan 1st promotions, the cycle is already closed and the list will be out in December

We will not get any info or confirmation from system even if we nominated. Only our manager will have visibility if we are promototed or not.

The promotion cycle is quarterly...last quarter it ended on Aug 30, So, I believe it will be closed on Nov 30 for this quarter... Inform your manager before that and ask her to nominate you.....

To know the exact date about the closure of the nomination, raise gsd.
