I am a PA joined in Oct 2022, first of all am i eligible for promotion. I have 3 ratings in both years in CIS domain. I have never been to office a single day. Since working remotely help me in saving a lot and I'm not sure if I can work from office unless I have enough salary. What are the chances they not going to promote me and they are going to terminate me as I'm not following RTO policy.
As long as you are billable and your HM is approving your timesheets, no one is going to question you. However, you won’t get promoted unless you go to office at least 3 days a week for 4 months without any gaps.
Going office is mandatory i know, but atleast i should have enough salary so is can survive in metropolitan cities and support my family as , they are highly dependent on me.
Same CIS Domain but I am working few days in the night shift (like per month 15 days) We have RTO exception for night shift employees. Am i eligible for Q1 promotion?
My DOJ is Aug 9th 2022 and got 4 rating.
I am mostly working in night shift and my nearest office don't have facilities to book a seat for my working hour. How do I follow RTO?
