I joined cts in June 2022 as PA. I have completed 2 years. For the past 2 months only I got a billable role..before that was to be a non billable resource then moved to pdp..then now tagged to project with billability. My previous raring was 2. Now I changed my hcm also. Now my question is how many cycles the promotion from pa to a happens..if so what are the months.. And can I talk to my manager regarding the promotion and if I talk will they consider or scold as I have not been in a billable role.
