Does home manager receive promotion Nomination mail when we complete 2 years from DOJ(Ex - July 5th 2022) or HM will receive at the end of the quarter (sep)?

HM can see the eligible candidates under him/her in go perform and HRs do follow up diligently with the HM have a drop in sessions etc. So be in touch with fellow PAs and your HM... Unfortunately in our company unless we ask we are not given... Its the same elsewhere as well mostly

Please be in the habit of talking to your hm at least once every month, even if he/she does not reach out

No previous year learning plan completion, should be ideally 100 or maybe over 70-80.. I think at least for the first two qtr they will look at the previous year. But HR keeps on changing rules now and then so be in touch with ur home manager for the next qtr promotion.. keep asking now and then...

Thank you so much for your clarification, I got 4 rating and billable for more than 1 year, but didn’t get your point regarding learning path, do I need to complete 2024 development path related courses also ?

For the first two qtrs I think they will look at last year... 2023 learning plan competition, ideally over 90%... But hrs do keep changing rules... Keep in touch with your manager and ask him abt promotion now and then
