Trending @Cognizant; Promoted from PA to A on July 28th but not received e-letter and salary also credited in old pay structure

I think it is because we got promoted after the 21st so may pay already fixed for this month so In August it might reflect and july salary might get added to August salary
Just an assumption

Do we get the promotion hike letter or do we need to reach out for anyone

You will get full salary from August.

You will get e-letter in the last week of August. The arrears will also included in August salary

You guys were on bench for sometime between nov 2024-june 2025?
