I am in pdp from 3 months and having experience 1 year 6 months . I am not able to find any project in the talent market place. No project suits my experience. Every project needs an employee above 2 years experience. Im worried they might ask me to resign. What to do now?

I am in the same situation too. And I don't have any project experience in my domain. But just theoretical and some practical knowledge. Any guidance would be helpful 🙂.
