I guess ur r in project whose manager is from Chennai. Ask strictly on one to one connect, speak your heart out, say i want to learn new thing, else give health reason

Project release is not something mandatory. It is done based on project requirement. If you have convinced your manager that you have performed well and up skilled to take next level roles it is done out of mutual respect provided your manager is some one who considers the growth and development of the team.
