I requested my manager for a project release and he is not ready to release me ,and I don't want to stay in the same project since I am not learning anything and my PM and their juniors are doing favouritism. Because of that the whole odc is very toxic and they targeted me and now I am facing issues .shall I resign and then start looking for an outside job . None of the companies are waiting for a 90 day notice period.

Please suggest I am not getting any offer.

In CTS we can't connect with HR,they are invisible after placement.

Drop an email to your manager's Manager along with their higher manager two or three levels above! It will work. Try and let me know

IDK if you really want to leave this project start treating them the same way, show dominance hehe.

Give interviews... Try to switch the company and keep calm, have some patience...you will get a great offer. Do not think about all this...just focus on your career....once you get the offer immediately resign and ask your project manager for early release. If the PM doesn't allow early release then don't do any work or delay your deliveries... After all no one will think about you...only you have to take care of yourself....they are not your family.... All d very best 🤗

Ah, the classic "my manager won't let me go" saga. Maybe try talking to HR or look for a job that doesn't mind waiting 90 days. Resigning without an offer? Risky business, my friend.
