Really fed up with cognizant. I joined cognizant through campus placement in 2022 and currently in bench right now. They took me in project kept me simply for 5 months and released me. Reason as cost cutting they are not even check how we work. I didn't even got my account access before that they have released me. Completely waste of time 🥺.
This happened with me as well. Last year on Jan I came into bench and then I got an opportunity to work in a healthcare project it was supposed to be start on Jan end before that they started giving KTs and technical discussion were going on suddenly out of nowhere my project manager initiated release of me and my team members stating that there would be a delay to start the project since you all are seniors so we need to release you that too they kept us for 3 months
I was in the project from April 23 to may 24. And in April my home manager asked me to get release as we are not getting any work. I guess it was theirs plan to release me
Relatable it is ! They don't even check our quality of work, the manager gives feedback n that's it ! (No cross-verification) As soon as the project is over, you are out of company.
