It's upto to ur HCM and Project manager, in next month ping to ur Manager and ask about nomination, ask him/her to nominated you for PA. They may tell you there is no nomination for P level but you have to request them for nomination else they are not going to consider you. Be very transparent and confident while conveying your mesege to ur manager. Need any help please ping me.

If everything goes well, yes you will become PA and salary and designation both would get reflected in your profile from Jan 2025

then it should be 2023 not 2022 .
