Trending @Cognizant; Production Support Good or Bad?

I am a PA with almost 2yrs of experience. I am on bench from March. I am a Full Stack developer on .Net and Angular. Today I got a Production support project should I take it or let it go?

If I take this project my learning curve will go down or this project will help me to gain some knowledge?

I am confused right now. Please help.

Then better to go for it as of now market is not that good while setting ideal on beach you can learn something while working you can prepare for your interest and latter you can switch to other companies.

Are they taking you as a L2 or L3 support, depending on the answer will vary.. If it's L2 then better not go for it. If it is L3 then you will need to work mostly on bug fixes and enhancement parts and that will not hamper your learning, only disadvantage will be that you need to be available even late night in case the P1 situation arises (that too depends on the number of L3 resources available) and even on some weekends you need to login.

Its L2 + L2.5 idk what is this L2.5.
