Can anyone tell me what was the hike percentage for rating 1 to 5 in previous years (2023 or 2022 or 2021)

Last year for 4 rating i got 8% hike and this year it just halfed(4%) for the same score !!!! However the efforts and hardwork have been the same and consistent. Sad to see hike % 😢
