For the first time in 6 years of experience i saw the power of adulating in cognizant because a man with zero knowledge and skills has a manager post. Communication skills zero. I surrendered my laptop on 23 june on the Bangalore location and now I got an email from HR absent from 23 june without any information. Previously I told everything I travelled via train and it will take time as i reached home on 26th June. One more thing 25th june is your last working day in this project and now I got information verbally you are the part of the previous project, this kind of drama is going on in this organisation. You are attending meetings and you have completed the blue bot course and after that you received an email regarding absence, in my opinion there only those persons available who have the power of adulating
