Trending @Cognizant; Post Higher Education Completion Policy

I hope you’re all doing well.

I have recently completed my MBA in Business Analytics from BITS Pilani on my own. I am aware that Cognizant, through CIHEP, offers a similar degree but for MTech. I wanted to ask if anyone knows of any policies or procedures within Cognizant regarding recognition, salary adjustments, or role changes for employees who have completed higher education qualifications like an MBA, even if it was pursued independently.

Any insights or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.
