Hi all,

I would need your advice.

I had been requested promotion from last 1 year. Multiple requests made to HCM and PM, either I've been kept waiting or told that it's not in our hands.

My HCM/Manager told me every few weeks to find a job outside. I've been the top performer at client side. I came to know from them that they send out appreciation to my PM every few weeks but I've never received it from my PM.

Now that I've finally put my papers, they are telling me that I've to serve full notice period, even though in email it was mentioned that I can discuss it with HR. At PAT level, I don't have a designated HR, so it has to be PM only. He refused any buyout upfront. Only to pay 1.5 Lakhs to reduce one month (5x of my current salary because my billing is T&M).

Even my manager told me every now and then to find a job as if he wants to get rid of me. He seemed more happy than me over phone call when I told him I got a job somewhere else.

What should I do? I want to release early and get rid of this politics.
