पद परिवर्तन का भार पद बदलेगा, ये सुनकर मन हर्षाया, पर इंतज़ार ने, बोझ बढ़ाया। हर दिन की जाँच, हर पल की चिंता, काम का दबाव, और मन की व्यथा। पद परिवर्तन, एक नया अध्याय, पर इंतज़ार ने, सब कुछ उलझाया। कब मिलेगी राहत, कब होगा सुख, मन में उठते हैं, अनगिनत दुख। ये हेक्टिक जीवन, कब होगा आसान, कब मिलेगा मुझे, थोड़ा सा विश्राम। प्रमोशन की आस, और पद का भार, दोनों ने मिलकर, किया है बेज़ार।
English translation
The Weight of a Change in Position A change in role, the news brought cheer, Yet waiting stretched, and fueled my fear. Each day’s scrutiny, each moment’s dread, Work’s heavy pressure, and pain widespread.A shift in position, a chapter anew, But waiting’s tangle has muddled the view. When will relief come, when will peace arrive? Countless sorrows in my heart now thrive.This hectic life, when will it ease? When will I find a moment’s release? The hope of promotion, the weight of the role, Together they’ve left me weary in soul.
