Hi All, please show your support with helping and updating policies in cognizant

1. To increase medical insurance coverage for employees with no copay & increased maternity cover up to date with current medical expenses and cost.

2. As per government of India companies shall give 15 days paternity holidays to its employees but CTS still give only 5 days - while we talked about gender equality we also know that today both parents need to invest huge time for new born baby so they should get atleast 15 days off if being new father , even government of India understands this

Accenture gives 8 weeks paternity leave while IBM gives 20 days paternity leave and both these companies give good medical insurance coverage too - Why CTS is still lacking in these benefits - please help to reach this message to CTS leadership to make such changes
