Trending @Cognizant; Please help to decide on this offer
I've received an oral offer from Infosys HR, and the final approvals are currently pending before the formal offer is released.
- Total Experience: 12 years
- Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Cloud (Lead role)
- Current Organization: Cognizant — serving as a Project Manager. Yet to resign.
- Current CTC: ₹28 LPA
- Proposed CTC: ₹35 LPA, including a 20% variable component (disbursed quarterly)
Cleared two rounds of virtual interviews - one round of tech + one managerial round. Also cleared one F2F managerial round.
Can be considered infy being comparatively Safe.
I also cleared infy and got 35L and when I see in detailed i can see only 29L is fixed ..I compared with my current CTC and rejected the offer
If you compare the fixed part hardly you will get 6 to 7% hike..do you want to change for single digit hike? Based on my experience do not concentrate on variable pay only concentrate on your fixed part
Initially infosys tell the same oral offer details coming to picture current salary minus 4 lakhs my case.. I declined my offer with infosys
