I have offers from ATOS SYNTEL/EVIDEN-14.5lpa fixed +insurance benefits+may b 50k joining bonus Location: Bangalore HDFC-ERGO -12.8 lpa fixed +insurance+1.3lakh variable Location:Noida COFORGE-12.7 lpa fixed + insurance+67k variable. Location:Noida I'm based out of Haryana. Please help me choose.I would love to know your valuable suggestions. Cctc:7.8 fixed +18k insurance+45k variable and its wfh. I have 3 YEO
If salary is your top priority and you're willing to relocate, ATOS SYNTEL/EVIDEN in Bangalore might be the best choice. However, if you value staying closer to home, HDFC-ERGO (Noida) offers a good balance of fixed and variable pay with location convenience. COFORGE might be a third option, but its fixed salary is the lowest among the three. Personally I will go for HDFC as Location in Bangalore may be a downside if you're based in Haryana, considering relocation costs and lifestyle changes. Potentially higher cost of living in Bangalore compared to Noida.
