I have 18 earned leave of 2023 and this year's leave are all pending too because I was doing WFH never used it and my project didn't have much work. Now I am in pdp and want to resign but I want to use all my casual leave and sick leave.Can I use it before dropping my paper? And Will I get all the Earned leave encashment in my F&F?

Ideally, you are not allowed to take leaves when you are on the bench. Emergency can be exceptional. Earned leaves will be encashed.

If you resign all future leaves will be auto canceled. When you see leave balance you will see which leaves are expiring. It should help you with the query!
