Trending @Cognizant; Please clarify about PA to A promotion

I have joined cts on feb 2022, worked on a support project for 1 year and after ramp down, I was on bench for the next 1 yr and then got allocated to a project and working for the past 5 months, so I know the PA to A promotion criteria has been changed. Now, how can I get promoted to A? How my months will be calculated? Whether from the doj or only the time when I worked in the project?
