Trending @Cognizant; Planning to switch from CTS, need help

Hi everyone,

I joined Cognizant in February and currently have a total experience of 3 years and 3 months. Recently, I received another offer from Infosys with a package of 17 LPA.

I’m considering whether to accept this offer, but I have a few concerns:

1. Since I’ve completed only 3 months at Cognizant, will I be able to get a proper release if I decide to resign?
2. What is the official notice period at Cognizant?
3. Is there any service agreement or contract that requires me to stay for a specific period (e.g., 1 or 2 years) before I can leave the company?

If anyone has insights or experience regarding these points, I would really appreciate your guidance.
