Trending @Cognizant; Planning to resign tomorrow

I am planning to drop my paper tomorrow. My notice period is 90 days long. Could I get an early release? I know it depends on my manager. And he won't let me leave CTS without serving a full 90 days. Btw he is my home manager too. I have 22.5 days of EL and 16 days of sick leave. Could you guys help me how to approach this?
