Hey guys

Now that the promotion cycle for PA to A associate is barely a matter of luck, do y'all have a plan to switch to other companies with less than 3 years of experience?

As i notice, the hiring trend has changed from "skills" to "experience". The job market is relatively open for resources with 4+ yrs of experience than those with less than 3 YOE.

How do y'all junior folks strategize on your first switch? Please drop in your thoughts so that it benefits us newbies. Thanks!
