Are you assign in any project then pip will be smooth.

Cleared my PIP, manager pretty much handled it. Irony is she gave me appreciation for things I never did during PIP. And gave me lowest rating with things I never did.

Maybe next time she can appreciate for things I did atleast once. She wants to gold onto me but don't want me to benifit. Pretty insane 🥴

Saved the company bonus and hike amount(anyways it doesn't amount to much).

Pip started with few nrml deliverables, nothing major happened yet. Will update here if anything major happens
