Hi all, after receiving a show cause notice and replying to it, i have been asked to appear for a personal hearing. I am on bench and i missed going to office one day, for which i applied for leave, yet i have received a show cause notice letter. Now HR dept is asking me to appear in person. Are there any negative consequences of this personal hearing? Should i be scared?
What was concluded with the HR? And pls advise if we have a genuine reason where we cannot go to office for 3 to 4 days. And leave was applied well before coming on bench, will be an issue too?
make sure the SL u took is approved in system either auto-approve or by hcm
If you have valid reason for not went to office then they will just warn you.if you fail to convince them then may be the consciousnes happen.
I never faced it but i thinking meeting will decide
