I have H1B visa and hence I rejected one offshore opportunity..I am in bench..my aging not yet started..I got show cause notice from HR for rejecting the opportunity and I will have personal hearing on wednesday.i thought once aging starts I can look for offshore opportunity... this CTS is very very worst now a days..in pdp call they say after 35 days of aging u will have consequences.but for me even before aging they asking for personal hearing
It seems, They have a target to reduce bench count. As many clients are leaving CTS or reducing head count in the project. The only way to get saved is to get tagged to the project. Else you will get a termination letter and they will try to act good by asking you to submit a resignation.
I never expected this..I have H1B and can't even switch company..
