Trending @Cognizant; People from outside Bangalore, would you consider settling down here for good?

I moved here in 2023. The previous few years spent in lockdown might be skewing my judgement, but the city has been alright so far.

I'm not yet married, but might get there in the next few years. Don't have plans to move out of India, since I want to stay close to family.

Been thinking about getting a house somewhere I could finally settle down for good. Obviously, property rates of all good areas of Banglore are out of my current budget. 🥲 But maybe a few good switches in the next years could let me affort a decent place.

Not on the market for it just yet, but would be nice to get some perspectives from other folks who are in a similar place.
