Hi Grapevines!

I am currently serving my notice period and would like to inquire about my pending leave balance. Could you please confirm which of these leaves are eligible for encashment in my final settlement?

Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could clarify whether the encashment will be calculated based on my basic pay.

Only earned leaves encashed - that's why you earn them and encash them rest not eligible

Only earned leaves will be encashed for basic pay. Rest all gone....

Only earned leave can be encashed, sick leave can be taken on NP days.

Other than earned leaves can we reduce notice period from other leaves ?? Like sick leave, comp off and casual leaves
