I joined the company in feb 23’ and was onboarded in sept 23’ after completion of my internship. I was recently promoted to PA from PAT. And yet to discover what will be my in hand salary. As a PAT it was 26.4. Also when should I be expecting an Associate promotion. I’ve been tagged to a project and billable since day 1 and have been doing justice to the work given.

now how would one make the management allow it, my rating is 4 and will continue the same work. i go to office 3 days a week. what is sth that should be in my mind
