Trending @Cognizant; PAT to PA confirmation got affected

My promotion from PAT to PA was affected and subsequently rejected/canceled by my home manager. The reason they gave was a 'non-billability issue' and 'no work done for the last year.' However, we have repeatedly asked for work from everyone-my Home Manager, my Manager, and my Senior Manager-but they told us there were 'client issues,' 'project constraints,' and 'no requirements for freshers on the project.' As a result, at the last minute, they told us they could not approve our one-year appraisal.

Now, we have reached out to everyone, but our home manager is not replying, and even their manager is not responding. We have sent emails but have received no response.

What can we do about this issue? Can anyone help? It's not our fault, but they are blaming us. Is there any solution, please? 🙏
