Trending @Cognizant; PA who's not billable in project since 1.5 years.

My friend isn't billable in his project. He does all the work in his team like anyone else. He gets assigned tasks like anyone else. He has worked on production deployment and support issues.

Now they want to release him from project because it's been 1 year and they don't want to make him billable. Instead of him, they'll take PAT resources who they don't have to make billable resource.

He didn't get promoted either because of non-billability and now he'll get released and be on bench too. He didn't get any incentive for his work instead he is getting punished for it.

This is so unfair. These people treat us like slaves who they can use and discard as and when they like.
