No. when promoted to A , ageing starts and after 35 days HR calls to resign or deploy to project quickly. For PA there will not be any ageing

That's not true. One of my colleague (A) is being asked to resign after 50 days.

Post 35 days,, they give +10 or 15 days .. it depends on management
