For this quarterly PA to A promotions. They are considering Nov 2024 to April 2025 Utilization and it should be > 0.75 Complete Criteria: RTO from Feb 2nd to May 2nd > (Average > 2.5 days per week) Utilization > 0.75 (Nov 2024 to Apr 2025) Goals and Developmental plan completed 100%(2024) Tenure > 30 Months
If these are met you will promoted from PA to Associate. Hope that helps!
