Trending @Cognizant; PA to Associate promotion criteria change

Did Cognizant has changed the criteria for PA to Associate promotions ?? And if it is then anyone knew what is the changes they have made?? I have been told that criteria has been changed and limited people are getting promoted who comes under the eligibility list as per new criteria, but still no one is sure with the criteria for the promotion that has been changed.
