My work model is CZRE-COG Remote 0-1 day should I go to ofz, does it affect my promotion

Q2 is for apr may jun ( confirmations eletters will be on July ) so your completing on 31 july, and july aug sep comes under Q3 quarter so you will be eligible for Q3 quarter which means you will receive your first associate salary in November 1 st

Any hr here lot of us got the same doubt here 🥲

When will EDL gets list from HR for Q2 ?

If I doesn’t get promotion in july 31 so then i will be automatically promoted in next quarter Q3, in next quarter they will check rto or not ??
