Trending @Cognizant; PA to Associate Promotion

I just got released from an year long project.

Feedback was good from that but i got a 3 rating. Seems like my HM doesn’t like me that much but my Manager does.

Will i get promoted to Associate when i complete my 2 years on August(I just got bench and maybe till August would be there only) ?

Note : I am also doing Fse1 accreditation rn that would be completed by June ending
