In my new assignment from January 1st my Billability role is changed from Programmer Analyst to Associate. What does this mean? I'll get the promotion or not? I have marked 3 years in Cognizant in this January only , I joined CTS as PAT.

Check what it is showing in associate 360/teams. If it is showing as associate then you are promoted

Except assignment everywhere it is same as PA.

It have nothing to do with promotion. I am PA but I am tagged into a billable project with bilabilty role as Sr. Associate.
